Visualization is becoming a popular tool to explore and communicate information. That is a great opportunity for society in general, but also a challenge, because visualization doesn't really depend on software skills, but on embracing certain principles of data analysis and graphic presentation. This talk will focus on how to explain those principles to the general public.
