This presentation provides a detailed analysis of the implementation fidelity of the Honest Opportunity Probation with Enforcement Demonstration Field Experiment (HOPE DFE) sites, employing a multi-item fidelity matrix.  Fidelity information is compared to outcomes for these sites, exploring the connection between implementation fidelity and program effects.  This presentation also provides a long-term picture of the implementation experiences at the DFE sites, including insight from interviews with HOPE probationers.  Results suggest the influence of local organizational culture on the implementation and sustainability of HOPE programs.
