Good public services not only enhance the government's credibility, but also enhance citizens' happiness. For a long time, the prevention of AIDS is a public problem that needs to be solved urgently by all countries in the world .Effective HIV/AIDS prevention and control measures can create a good public health environment, which will benefit not only HIV+ individuals, but society as a whole. As a public health service, the prevention and control of AIDS should be undertaken by the government. However, the particularity and complexity of AIDS determine that the single power of the government is not enough. We must pay attention to the role and energy of other non-governmental subjects.Yunnan Province is located in the southwest of China. Because of its special geographical location, it is deeply affected by drugs and AIDS.After decades of efforts by the local government, it has been transformed from a hard-hit area of AIDS into a national AIDS demonstration area. This paper will take the practice of HIV/AIDS prevention in Yunnan province as a case, and analyze the change of the supply of HIV/AIDS prevention service, so as to show the pattern and characteristics of HIV/AIDS public health service of Chinese government. At the same time, it also provides policy Suggestions for further practice.
