Description of Research: We anticipate that the products of this research may inform other states in their consideration of adopting full child support pass through policies. Additionally, currently Colorado is funding the full Child Support pass through with state funds used to reimburse both the federal government and the counties for any unreimbursed public assistance. The results of this research will continue to inform the ongoing provision of these state funds and hopefully be useful in obtaining a waiver from the federal government.
