Description of Research: Integrated, streamlined human services are the future. They will result in better outcomes for individual families and efficiencies in administrative costs. But before we can get there, we have to figure out how to break down the siloes in which each program currently lives. This has direct bearing on the implementation of WIOA and other legislation aimed at fostering a one-stop human service experience.
