This session provides an opportunity for graduate students of color to speak openly with faculty members about transitioning from graduate school to academia. Panelists will share insights from their experience and offer advice on how to foster a successful career as an academic researcher. This informal conversation will focus on issues that graduate students will begin to think about during the transition from graduate school to early career positions in the academy.
