APPAM President, Matthew Stagner from Mathematica Policy Research, will deliver his Presidential Address, "Embracing the Emotional Aspects of Our Craft: Helping Policy Research Matter More", while attendees enjoy cocktails and other refreshments. The Spencer Foundation Award winner and the World Citizen Prizes in Environmental Performance Award winner will be recognized as well.
